Common Form Tender Package

On 17 September 2008, the Attorney-General announced the release of standard documentation for use by all Commonwealth agencies when approaching the market for legal services. These standard documents ensure that the process for legal services purchasing is streamlined and cost effective, and is easier for agencies and legal services providers to navigate.
The requirements are set out in Appendix F to the Legal Services Directions 2005, and should be read with the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines.
